debian(etch)インストールでUTCになってしまう問題

Webを探すとインストール時の条件により、勝手に設定されてしまうことがあるようだ。
とりあえずJSTに戻すには、
/etc/default/rcSを編集

TMPTIME=0
SULOGIN=no
DELAYLOGIN=no
UTC=no

RAMLOCK=no

UTC=yesになっていると思うので、noに変更して再起動。
再起動せずに変更を反映する方法は？？

まぁ、これでOKとしよう。
